Lead Generation for Staffing Companies

Good evening everyone ladies and gentlemen I'm in this video I'm going to be talking about how to actually find clients on LinkedIn now it's a video I wanted to make for a while and it's something that's gonna probably be of use now I'm going to go through two or three methods in this and one of them is going to be pretty straightforward very easy to do none of these methods involve talking to people actually and it's something you can do very easily this by far is the highest converting rate I've ever had in a method that I used meaning the more you do on it the more clients you'll land once I done this method I made ten contacts and I got five replies which is very high if you send out 100 emails you're unlikely to even get five but I ended up getting two clients from it so it took me about 20 minutes to do and it's quite powerful a lot of people aren't using it and I expect in about two years when everyone saw clocks on it's gonna be this old method that's gonna be there's probably gonna be a KPI on it in your workplace so I'm gonna demonstrate the full process now.


I'm gonna do it live and I'm gonna send a few messages to people but there's a different way I actually send the messages so what I would suggest to do is of course I type accounts payable you know I always use accounts payable as a demonstration and what I'm gonna do is find a client and find a contact so allied health care I don't know if these are a big company what they are who they are so I'll type LinkedIn so imagine I'm trying to make contact with this person and I'll add health care and I want to find a decision-maker so I'll follow them effort they seem like a reasonably sized company let's see if they're based in the UK so I'll try to HR in here nope so this could be a poor Meffert or poor person a fine let's try this company I mean I'm only doing it for demonstration purposes and hopefully find someone let me Kim message so involves you adding them a few days before so what I tend to do is go through the list everyone I'm cold calling so this would be the person so I'd connect with him so let's just connect for now I wouldn't send them note you can obviously send add a note and say hello I'm getting in touch for this reason so I'll just be sending a connection.

So what I want you to do is build up a huge amount of you know decision makers people recruiting in your sector by going through all these jobs I mean it works well if you call first so you can get through to them if not add them on LinkedIn once they connect they obviously know you're a recruiter they obviously know you're gonna approach them afterwards so the ones that are connecting and are very likely to sort of be open to hearing from you I don't mind it as much so once you've got your connections I mean this is one of my accounts that I use it's more of a personal account and what you want to do is find someone I mean it's been a long time since I added someone you want to find someone let's say for example this person I don't know why I added her let's try this person so message a lot of people would say hello I notice you're recruiting for this role blah blah blah your message gets read you hear nothing back you might even be like oh hello I'm you know did you get my last message of course so what I'm gonna demonstrate is how to actually send her a message that she's gonna read and reply but it's a different method so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna get my mobile phone out you can't obviously see on the screen and I'm gonna search for her on my mobile account and the reason I'm doing this is I'm gonna send a voice note so I'm gonna send a voice note now I'm just gonna introduce myself of course I have a script but this is just for demonstration purposes now I can't even pronounce her name so rush so rush hi so Russia I hope you're well love to chat sometime regarding lead generation for staffing companies and network commonly offering for the new year hope to hear from you soon and take care I mean that's probably the worst voicemail message in the world I'm going to refresh my page now now I can't explain how powerful this message is this message technique so here's the message now so she'll receive it like this it will come up hi so Russia I hope you're well love to chat sometime regarding recruitment services and that we're currently offering for the new year I'll to hear from you soon and take care of course you would relate it to the job so you would say I can't remember this person's name but hello I saw you recruit him for a finance assistant position just wondered it is in my market speciality we do have candidates in your area etc etc and you'll pitch it from there if you want to get in touch please do drop me an email and then afterwards you say if you want to get in touch they get in touch please email this now I was sending voice notes after voice notes after voice notes and I got to about ten and I actually got to busy clients were coming back to me on that I really want you to try this method it's very powerful and you probably have people on your connections if you're working in recruitment that you haven't been able to get hold of so go through your connections send spend a few hours messaging them dropping voicemails voice notes you can only do it from your mobile at the moment.

I don't know if they're gonna bring it to desktop but when they do it'll be too late to even use this method it really stands out for so many different reasons now the reason being you can tailor make it to each person as well develop a nice script read off it it's very simple to do you can delete if you make a mistake it's like leaving a voicemail so my second method is gonna be something that isn't as powerful it's gonna be competitive I'm going to show you how to actually find people that are recruiting and they want agencies to contact them so what you type in here is hashtag PSL which is preferred supplier list and you space agency now you'll either get some good things or you write over once now what this is why I'm searching this hashtag PSL a lot of people hashtag PSL we are renewing our PSL any agency please get in touch so hopefully for this demonstration I can find a few examples now you have to sit through let's have a look so this is another agency this is an agency so look we're looking to add a couple of agencies to our PSL however they must be have strong his bones in the south west south wales who's out there what I was using as you can see 64 comments 61 comments so obviously you need to get in there first you need to be searching this daily just maybe that one though this is another one and let's come off and he actually gives his email address so definitely cool I would definitely not email cuz he as you can tell from the comments there was 61 but it says only has 6 comments and so it could be if you're in that market you're definitely gonna get lucky and in regards to this infinity works so their computer software so we are looking to build a high-performing yep so this is another one and so you can obviously apply to these yeah and then second page so contact all of these you're likely to get very lucky and yeah I would definitely do so yeah obviously go free you'll find tons of tons of people on there if you need me yeah so some of it is obviously junk you'll obviously go through and find people there's ways you can play around with the PSO application as well so there could be hashtag hiring is another one I use hiring agencies and the reason I search this it tends to be not as powerful the other ones seem to work really well but you probably come up with some better ideas now hiring is obviously people posting their job so there'll be a hell of a lot there so if you want to be spammy and you just want to post on everything we can help you with this we can help you with this you can just type hiring about the agency so this one obviously picked up agency there is a little more to go through sometimes I say we're not using agencies or agencies please contact me and I did land the client on one of these but I had to I had to call and they ended up having a lot of people on their PSO so these are quite competitive but quite easy to do um and another way I'm gonna show you is through Google right now I was gonna save it for a different video.

However PSL applications so you type ESL may be fine demonstrate it's no it's fine here PSL application yep can you type in inverted commas so right here just by typing this in PSL in in the speech marks will bring up tons and tons of companies I think I might have to add anything else to it recruitment that's that recruitment in there outside of the speech marks and these are gonna be massive companies that hatch it II have somewhere where you can actually apply for PSO so if you're an accountancy firm and you know there's there's you're looking for new clients these are massive companies price Bailey if you can get in with them that's probably gonna be a quarter of a million pounds account now i sat there one day and either on tons of these applications now we review our PSO every 12 months so when you hear that objection of we already have a PSL is because they have steps in place and a big companies obviously do so so you'd obviously email this email address from a crewman at Price Bailey with a subject head in PSO application a lot of the rhein that format some of them have online applications as well so even if you get a few applications of per week it's very powerful and so yes go through that have a little I mean it's not showing up let's type make a PSO application possibly it could work come and what exactly I searched making an application I think I actually searched PSL application okay so yeah there was a number of ways I'll actually find I have a deeper look into it I don't want to make this video you know ten pages long but there's obviously ways you can actually do it I remember making probably you know all the big brands I made applications to so very much so trial at Mefford I hope this video helps I haven't Ram hope I have around on I'm very under the weather so apologies and it's been an extremely long day today and this is obviously another one so yeah you've got nothing to lose hope this video helped

Selling on Walmart Marketplace

Hey everyone this is Karen Waxman founder of retail MBA today I want to talk about selling on walmart.com versus selling on Walmart marketplace so the reason I decided to create this particular training is because for the last decade I've taught tens of thousands of product companies across the globe on how to sell their retail chains like Walmart and a lot of people really want to sell to Walmart and Walmart marketplace comes up all the time and I really wanted to discuss the differences because it could be the difference between you making millions of dollars or maybe not as much so just really wanted to share this information with you.

So Walmart is an amazing retailer obviously there's a lot of reasons why you want to sell to them they have millions of people who know about them they're worldwide they can buy a lot of product with that said Walmart calm a top destination for people to purchase stuff and so where it gets confusing is there's a few ways to sell to Walmart on their website so one of them is selling directly to Walmart calm and one is to sell to Walmart marketplace so let's walk through the differences I did an event with Walmart and the buyers were there reviewing products to purchase and that's what we do we try and help people get in front of buyers and so forth in various ways so Walmart buyer is teaching educating the class about what they're looking for in regards to being a supplier and so forth we have segments of that video in our YouTube channel if you want to take a look at that but anyways one of the things that somebody had asked her was hey I'm selling on Walmart calm and when she looked deeper she said no you're not you are actually not a vendor in our system and so he says oh well I signed up through walmart marketplace now what happened was the Walmart buyer was liking his product she went back to take a look to see what was going on because he had mentioned he'd already been selling in Walmart calm but she didn't find a the system and the reason for that was because he went directly to Walmart through walnut marketplace and for her that wasn't something that was interesting to her so if she wanted to work with him she would actually have him remove himself from market place and place them as a vendor so let's walk through the distinctions here.

Walmart marketplace means that you can go to Walmart marketplace and it's very similar to Amazon and you can upload your photos and so forth and submit your products to be placed on Walmart calm just like Amazon so that is something that anybody can do they can sign up for an account get reviewed get processed hopefully and get submitted and that's exciting right you can be in Walmart calm then you can sell in Walmart calm and so forth however when you're looking at the listing on walmart.com you'll notice the distinction of the actual fulfillment house and that would not be Walmart it would be the company that is submitting their products there so when you want to actually sell the Walmart Sellers List as a vendor you actually need to interact with a human with a buyer and convince them that your product is interesting and then she would give you a purchase order that she would buy a certain quantity of your product she would get that product placed on walmart.com with you obviously in your support and ultimately you then become a vendor of record why that matters is because Walmart calm the buyer is different than what Mart stores buyer which basically means that Walmart stores is looking for new products they always like to check what's going on with Lauren calm if you're a vendor record you're in their system and so forth it's very easy for them to transition as a vendor already in the system who've done all the paperwork as an actual vendor to transfer them over to Walmart stores and so forth so there's a lot of room for opportunity with Walmart and being a vendor actually makes a big difference.

So when I was mentioning the story of the guy who was at my event who thought he was on walmart.com he was technically but for the retailer perspective he needed to resubmit get interest from the buyer get submitted all over again start over and then become a vendor and then ultimately hopefully get into Walmart tours and so forth so you can go the quote unquote and submit your product a Walmart marketplaces there's nothing wrong with a I'm just making jokes but you could like literally get your product on walmart.com right now it really is not the optimal way a lot of amazon training programs teach you how to sell in walmart calm seems exciting but honestly I would rather spend a few more steps learning exactly how to approach bitching so the warmer correctly then ultimately you have this buyer connection by a relationship bender number you can go after the the corporate buyers you can do all sorts of really interesting things there's a lot of ways to sell in the Walmart we've so many clients who got into Walmart stores and and some of these strategies just can change your life can make you millions and millions of dollars so anyways just wanted to share the distinction if you want to learn more about how to get your products in a Walmart or other chain store similar to that take a look at the link below we actually have a webinar that we have often and that webinar includes information on how to approach but to sell the Walmart and other chain store retailers all you have to do is click on the link below it's absolutely free and we can go to detail about how retailers work how they operate and some of the nuances that you might not have known so I love the opportunity to support you with retailers otherwise please like this video if you liked it place a comment below and or watch our upcoming videos because we're constantly creating new content and we've been doing this for so many years there's so much good stuff out there so take a look at our YouTube channel of social media Facebook and so forth we'd love the opportunity to work with you Karen Waxman retail MBA thank you so much for your time.
